Scheduling Policies

Pre-Appointment Details

Most of our services are currently provided virtually for your convenience and safety, with the exception of public speaking engagements and court appearances, which are conducted in person. Please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space for virtual appointments.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Payment

We currently accept Aetna, BCBS of Massachusetts, Cigna, United Healthcare, and Private Pay. Payment is due at the time of service. For virtual appointments, payment can be made online through our secure payment portal. For public speaking and court appearances, payment arrangements will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process.
